Hey man,

The last thing I think you can do, is reset your modem, turn on and off your phone. Modem because maybe ip problem (worth a shot) and phone because hey we all know the tube has bugs wink.gif

(J-Slade here.. using my gf's username)

I just updated to v21 and I found an incredibly stupid change.

The cache for web browsing is now categorized under folders. Now you can't clear your web cache easily which means your phone memory is gonna get lesser and lesser as you browse more websites..  doh.gif

previously when it wasn't in folders you can just Mark All > Delete but now you basically cant and to clear cache u got to navigate one by one folder and clear the insides  doh.gif

For those of you wondering where the browser cache is, its in C: System > Cache (you need Y-browser to view your system folder)
*edit*
actually coming to think of it, I'll just go ahead and delete the cache folder itself sleep.gif
*
Yo bro,

Did deleting the cache folder work? I mean can you surf and stuff fine after that?

Can't delete cache? How about you take a look at here, Browser > Options > Clear privacy data > Cache.  icon_rolleyes.gif
*
Yeah just did that, then checked in the cache, the folders are all empty after doing that, so I guess it worked.

besides the im issue, there is also bugs in the text input. Whenever i select mini qwerty, handwruting, full qwerty or full handwriting, it will show only full screen qwerty. While alphanumeric works well. Has anyone got this prob too?
*
Don't have that problem. On V21. All the input methods are working fine.

http://www.patrickfrei.ch/phonetinfo/downloads_unsigned.html
(thats the official website btw)
and secondly there is one thing I bet you guys didn't realise abt v21
(or maybe someone did)

is that previously our tube's CPU is 192Mhz but now with v21 the tube's CPU is overclocked to 369Mhz  shocking.gif
I found this out through the latest PhonetInfo
*

To me if SEVEN handles your emails well then stick with it. They are after all the same functionalities. But Nokia Messenging's interface seems pretty cool if you ask me.  icon_rolleyes.gif

Ok cool, any link to the nokia messaging or just download from the nokia website. Gonna try it out, seems you guys are all for nokia messaging. Besides it is nokia so it is prob gonna integrate better.

Hey guys,

Funny question here:

My girlfriend wants to get a new phone. Tried to convince her to get the 5800xm but she said it is too big for her and it does not come in pink. I really want to get her a symbian phone so I can put good software on it. Does anyone know a good symbian phone that comes in pink. I know its a weird question. ???

She likes the look of the pink samsung phones, but I know those are quite basic and usually non symbian. If only nokia releases the other version of our phone soon. You know the one with a smaller screen and no gps. Can get her a nice pink case to make it look pink wink.gif

For funny question, lemme give funny opinion.
Just convince her tube casing will come soon. It's impossible pink casing doesn't exist.  tongue.gif

Trying to convince her. Cause then I can set it up and have two tubes to tweak instead of one wink.gif

Yeah thinking of putting a pink theme, then buying this cover for the tube. Then see if she gets convinced. The 6600 is nice but ori is RM1099. Just top up a bit more can get the tube, and the in terms of functionality the tube is miles ahead.
