i sent out a express pos parcel a week ago..
but till now my customer not yet receive lerr
tracking number i don know put where in my room liao le..(later must go ransack..)
how le now?anyone can help?

I cant find any best solution for you if you've lost the tracking code. Probably you can go back to the same pos office, and make some queries with the Staff/Agent in charge. Just quote the date and time of posting. They should be able to trace it out.

But if you can find the tracking code means, very simple just log on to: http://www.pos.com.my/V1/main2.asp?c=/v1/T...e/MainTrack.htm
And do your searching.
