does anyone know way to bias the valve amps?
can teach me how. my valve going very hot..

how hot is hot? tube amps get warm after a while of playing. thats normal.
what amp are you using? do u mean biasing the tubes? btw, its not recommended that you do things yourself, especially with a tube amp. it isnt like a normal transistor amp. even though you unplug the amp and leave it for a while, certain areas might still have very high electric charges in it, messing around can lead so some serious injury. |

You can bias with a bias probe.

thanx bro..
Added on April 24, 2009, 10:23 pmBugera 6262-12.. it have 4 tube, 2 of the tube become very hot..body also hot too.. not sure this normal or not.. 2 of the tube become blue colour and another 2 is maintain when on the stanby switch, but no problem with the sound ( i think la ).. when i change the position of the tube, fuse blow.. then i put the new fuse and change back the position, it can working back..
