My friend bought Lingui at 3.50 then it dropped to 60sen. I think now 70 sen plus. He llikes Landmark also. I do not quite like either. Actually I quite like Maybulk at 2.80 but it is facing possible additonal tax on deemed income from interest-free loan between companies within same group.

Added on April 25, 2009, 1:20 amMK land is very bad in managing project. Its tie-up with talam on certain projects also failed. Satang is also dangerous. My long-term view is USD will come down in coming months and years. That is the only reason why I dared not touch US shares though upsides are there. Currency risk is a bit high now that USD is very high. Next week, BNM may cut interest rate again. If that happens, another round of goreng. It will be great if that happens as cost of borrowing of corporations will come down further. Those with loans can breathe easier and more importantly the opportunity cost of holding non-cash asset will become slower.

KNM dropped 2.5 cents today to close at 0.550
