QUOTE(usermode @ May 12 2009, 01:51 PM) yo bro badrang, just out of curiosity, is there any specific reason u have CAE in your tank? heh, just want to know only. because last time i've ditched my CAE from my guppy tank (not even planted tank) because they keep harassing my guppies. huhuhu~!! and not to mentioned the adult size of it... bleh, almost about 4 inch and its mouth can eat my fries and cherry with just a gulp. LOL~!!... QUOTE(SweetPuff @ May 12 2009, 01:57 PM) CAE isn't really suited for a small/medium size tank with community fishes, IMHO. They're not really algae eaters and will get aggressive as they get older. QUOTE(chuppy2 @ May 12 2009, 02:34 PM) oh i overlooked that, CAE a big no no.. yeah.. really need to remove that CAE ASAP... Added on May 12, 2009, 2:40 pmDamnit man. Not so easy to set-up a 3 footer eh.. slowly getting the parts in, hand already damn itchy.. XD Drew Added on May 12, 2009, 5:24 pm QUOTE(chuppy2 @ May 12 2009, 11:25 AM) bro.. how MORE LIGHTS do i need to apply? another 20W enough? This post has been edited by badrang: May 12 2009, 05:25 PM |

QUOTE(Laine @ Jun 26 2009, 04:06 PM) hello, may i know the brand of the co2 diffuser that you are using? I dont remember the brand.. but it is a mini diffuser that cost about rm18.my diy co2 does not have enough pressure to push through the co2 diffuser... in the end i just use normal air stone, which produce relatively HUGE co2 bubbles... keke... QUOTE(shortpants @ Jun 26 2009, 05:12 PM) My DIY recipe is :1 Coke Bottle 1.5L 2 Cup of Sugar 1 tea spoon of yeast It works fine for me about 2 week. then i have to do it again. |
