Thanks so much Usermode and chuppy2... really apprecaite the advice. If it grows on my rock, I will take out the rock, and pour hot water over it. Then the algae surely die. Hehehe.. even to the filter, I will just pour hot water and soak it for few mins. but for plant, i cannot do tat. so, I will follow ur advice.

Pinchboyz, water flow... my filter there's low and high, so I put in the middle so it's medium flow. Should I turn it to low?

why bother bout hot water???
for rock/dw, use chlorox....(dunno spelling, is those use to wash white cloth).... bleach them... soak them inside clorox solution (1clorox : 2water)....

for plant, u need another solution (1clorox : 100water), soak plant inside around ~1mins....

more easier way, buy THE excel, spot treament the bba... or take out the plants, spot treatment outside the tank...

i dont dare to use the chlorox, scared my fish will die when i put back the rock.. so i pour hot water and it kills the algae . hehe..

before put back in tank, put in anti-clorin 1st. i saw the method in another forum.

i used to use chlorox... i like it...
but have to make sure clean it up and apply anti chlorine....

no wonder la... previously i had a powerhead blowing inside the tank giving some current... coz my HOB too small...

now i remove the powerhead adi coz bought larger HOB...
