My favourite Austen novel is Persuasion. Hard not to be taken with the idea of unwavering love and second chances.

You listed Jane Eyre as a Jane Austen book in the Book Swapping Circle pinned thread. I thought it was a typo but since you've brought it up in this (Austen) thread, I guess you're genuinely mistaken. Credit for Jane Eyre should go to Charlotte Brontë.
