Guys, thought I will share this here.
http://iproperty.com.my/property/listing.a...id=309948&nav=t nadia condo 1140 square feet going up for auction. reserve price is 340k. better register fast if you are interested. more than 100k below market value. |

hmm...i wonder what does the agent earn...since there is a reserve price...do they charge the 2% to the buyer instead of the vendor?

they take from the bank. not sure if it is based on the reserve price or selling price though...

Not exactly a good location is it? even at 340K it's a bit overpriced.
