Though, granted,all most of the electrical appliances in the apartment belongs to me, (fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc) so, maybe he's jealous? 
And we're living in a student apartment. So the living condition is somewhat hostel like.
Update
Just now I heard his gigantic stomping walking around the apartment.
And sometimes at night, I hear him talking to himself in the room in chinese. Always sounds like he's shouting and cursing.
Me scared.
