i had search through internet but it seems i need to take supplement too during the meals (generally 6 while some of them got 7 and 8
so if i dun wan take supplement during meal since i only want take whey protein after 60 to 90 mins of workout 2 to 3 times per week.
and i saw some said yogurt helps too, is that true?
btw, i am 175cm tall with 49kg and now gained to 58kg. but it seems it stuck there... and my muscle seems doesn't grow that much now...
there are one site that told ppl like me to get 50% carb, 25% protein, 25% good fat. lol
