alo clubberz... i'm a newbie in clubbing.

normally what's the procedure to do or to have to get in? any entrance fee or etc? and then inside, order drinks at bar or waiters?

i've been to pubs but not clubs. will be going to clubs with my bunch of friends who are new to clubs too. just would like to know the basics and not looking dumb. haha!
