The Board of Directors of Mulpha International Bhd (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company has on 29 April 2009 submitted its audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2008 to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.  The Board wishes to inform that there is a deviation between the loss after taxation and minority interests stated in the unaudited quarterly report for the 4th quarter ended 31 December 2008 as announced on 27 February 2009 and the audited financial statements, which can be reconciled as follows:-

The significant adjustments were in respect of impairment of assets which took into account the current uncertain and difficult economic and financial conditions, and the performance of the assets subsequent to year-end.
