err... never mind sorry wasn't looking at the thread origin...

i think i better stay out of the Reits topic later kena bash ... need to do research definately some counters can look into.

actually never even cross my mind to buy any reits counters, but looking at it... the counter prices most of them even AxReit fits my budget. the returns look great and stable, definately a reason.

selling today on top of my list:

5K Resorts @ 2.5 revised from 2.45 yesterday

10K Axiata @ Whatever price higher than 2.02

Personally your comments are in line with most FCPO traders, though i remain pesimistic... on the other hand rumours are FF in the FCPO market is actually pushing the FCPO prices upwards rather than an organic growth in price.

lol bought 1.82 so low nice, i bought at 1.98 planning to chop this afternoon.

the fact of the matter is simple keep to a %, how much ur plannig to gain and stick to it... i think is a good discipline but unfortunately one will tend to lose out if realized too soon. is an opportunity cost one must face.

for resorts I chopped 5K at 5% from AVG price, abit too soon otherwise i would have enjoyed 20% gain.

i personally think i did the right thing, since now i picked up Axiata, instead of having to much cash being strapped onto one stock.

if u think is time to realize go ahead make ur move, don't regret cause its ur money and u dont even have to put any effort in making it (except looking at the monitor and getting heart attk)

yesterday suppose to unload 5 biji, but market like this how to unload... i think will wait and see what is today's closing price and also Genting's performance. (Obviously is the Super Star here - Gentig)

Remember i told u at LEO Cafe how much and how many i bought at 2.0X, i am way past the (sold 5 biji at 5%) 5% & 10% mark now is see how high it can go only.

Otherwise will wait until June to collect dividend and accumulate more.
