need consultation on CM690 side panel fan, Problem settled!!! (Kinda...)

 yesterday i gatal gatal go buy vizo 120mm fan and install to the side panel, then it started generating some "viiiiiiiiiiiiii..................................." sound  . i've double checked secured the screws... i think the fan din hit the filter because it would be so much louder...  any suggestion? or should i jz hentam balik the fan that came with the casing? hmm
filter to be removed... any solutions other than this? even with filter, inside the casing already infested with mosquitoes corpse and spider webs... really doubt what can happen without filter...  |

weird thing is, when the side panel fan set as exhaust, my hd4670 is around 50c... then now intake only 40c... difference about 8-10c

weird... but no big deal now... removed the grill n no more whistling noise... thx everybody for the infos...
