vizo fans are loud and shaky ....
i'm sorry that you purchased it .... try buying Zalman next time
there's are only a handful computer fans actually report correct specification (decibles) and function correctly ....
the brands are Yate Loon, Scythe, SanAce (Sanyo Denki), Noiseblocker, Delta (they're loud, but they report correct), Noctua, Papst, Zalman
the rest of other brands fake their reports (decible, CFM etc) .. this is includes CM, SS, TT and those brands you can find in malaysia ...
currently only Zalman can be purchased locally, the rest of the goodies require bulk purchase
someone mentioned bout setting the fan to exhaust ... that's also an option .... but intake fans are much better due to focused cool air to the part
they might be loud but NOT shaky if u know how to screw them properly,i have 3 of them in my casing and yet i dun feel any vibrations at all.the airflow is also vry highi'm sorry that you purchased it .... try buying Zalman next time
