sounds like the "deal" with 2nd customer doesn't go thru because Airasia detected a fraud payment, and the TS then close the thread and claimed matter settle (yes or not, not sure). No more "service" from him since.

but I guest maybe a scam so that I had mail to the GM under RCA hotel bout all detail, he told me as below:

We have not authorised any agnecy and this is certainly a scam.
Sorry we have no knowledge of any offer made by who? The agent should provide the name of the person
dealing. So far as City Hotel we have not offer any agent any vacacny.

There are agents who have issued false documents and obtain money.
