I have a problem..after installing my pes 2010 on my pc..when i click to play it it just shows a black screen..anyone knows what is the problem?

Can i ask? how do i hire better coaches like athletics coach, doctor, scouts..because i cant seem to find the place to hire them..or is there only a specific time i can hire these coaches?
