Financial refinance to islamic loan, any best offer?

I want to refinance to islamic loan, who can give best offer? for time being I think CIMB BLR-2.05 for NZMC

property type: shope apartment/town house(3rd floor)
location: pandan utama,ampang
property value: around 100K~ 110K

If you prefer flexi loan, CIMB should be best in term of rate for that amount.

they have family and friends programme. one u apply loan from them, u can sign up. what u need to do next is just refer ur friends to them. if ur friend successfully get the loan, u can get a percentage of the bank's monthly profit directly bank in to ur account. can have up to 4 level.

Yup, You can take Islamic flexi loan in CIMB if your loan is under 150k and you want to take flexi.
But please note that one of the bad side about Islamic loan is the Islamic loan legal fee will be around 30% higher then normal loan legal fee.

yeah.. the agreement document is bulkier..
there are additional document because the procedure is different.

my experience appying loan form alrajhi, they even have 'akad' procedure on the phone.

b4 makin decision , b advise to understand syariah law.

akad is an express agreement that we and the other party agree to enter into transaction.
for example, when buying something, we say, " saya beli".
the the seller will reply " saya jual".

or in muslim matrimony, akad is when the groom said "saya terima nikahnya..."

akad is an important element in islamic transaction to show that it is done voluntarily, not under coercion.

so, in alrajhi loan transaction, before they disburse the money, they will call u and guide you to say akad. It is really follow islamic principle.

not all islamic bank offer islamic loan.
but surely islamic bank offers islamic loan only blush.gif
