I think you are facing some seriouz problem like my leg. Until now still haven't recover. I guess it probably take years.

But recently my friend's shoulder also kena injury, it is not muscle pain or tear joint, he said something like spraint. How painful it is I don't know, but I think he can suck it up easily.

I'm quite worry actually. Because whenever I do leg press, I always takut anytime might tear the knee area. Like on friday, my attempt on doing 280kg leg press, 1 rep then failed. The pressure is too intense to handle. It is nais to get koyak orgasm from it, but I'm just afraid when things go wrong.

The failed feeling is damn nais, is like you give your ALL, at least you tried. brows.gif

It is better to failed than not trying. But failed with 110%. brows.gif

I also stop doing Arnold Shoulder Press already after seeing this thread. Me scared.

The lat pulldown back is also bad for rotator cuff. I don't do that shit too.

Yea like me, worry too much about dumb bells bench press punya form. Always stuck at 30lbs. Today ayam doing chest, I'm gonna kasi 45lbs.

WITH NEW GLOVES, FTW!!!!!!!!!! Hahhahaa. tongue.gif
