I'm quite worry actually. Because whenever I do leg press, I always takut anytime might tear the knee area. Like on friday, my attempt on doing 280kg leg press, 1 rep then failed. The pressure is too intense to handle. It is nais to get koyak orgasm from it, but I'm just afraid when things go wrong.
The failed feeling is damn nais, is like you give your ALL, at least you tried.
It is better to failed than not trying. But failed with 110%.
I also stop doing Arnold Shoulder Press already after seeing this thread. Me scared.
The lat pulldown back is also bad for rotator cuff. I don't do that shit too.
