regarding the UMI28 prepaid plan, http://www.u.com.my/prepaid/unlimited-mobile-internetwhat happens if, lets say I finish the 30 sms in less than 1 month, but my calls are still below 100mins and data below 500MB, does it mean I need to reload again to continue sms? or another way around is lets say I finish using 100mins call in less than a month, does it mean I need to reload again to continue making calls although 1 month not up? and what are the reload amounts available? or is it fixed each reload must be RM28? QUOTE(LostAndFound @ Jan 14 2013, 08:38 AM) You can reload any amount (RM30 better as it gives 90 days validity compared to RM28 I think only 60 days, or you can reload RM100) which will give you that amount of credit (or maybe bonus if got promo). From your credit you can buy the UMI28 prepaid plan. So for example you got RM30 credit, you pay RM28 for the plan left RM2 credit. If you finish 30 sms, your 31st sms (and all others) are charged from whatever credit you have (like in this case, RM2). Similarly for calls. You can of course add more credit anytime. tl;dr - UMI28 is charged from credit, not from reload. right thanks alot, very clear explanation.. finally understand how prepaid data plan works.. currently on postpaid U28 plan... considering whether to change, the only down side is 500mb instead of 1GB, but the free calls is really tempting, cuz my current usage per month is around RM35 per month...
