Couldn't keep up with the latest telco offerings. Can someone recommend the best current telco plan for me. 4G LTE is a necessity. Place - Seberang Jaya Penang. The cheaper the better - doesn't matter postpaid or prepaid.

Mostly to be use for youtube, video, facebook, whatsapp and internet surfing (about 10 gb/month). Calls only about 120 mins a month (can reduce by using whatsapp call).

I have a Huawei B818 Sim Card Router and a Samsung Galaxy S7 FE Tablet (no sim card slot). I don't need calls or sms messaging; just internet hotspot tethering. I'm not a heavy internet user and only use occasionally for weekends.

What is the best telco plans at the moment which is most appropriate for the above needs?

For the rm20 for 20gb monthly plan, can the whole 20 gb and the additional rm7 for 20 gb for Youtube be all used for hotspot tethering?
