Umobile still weak in term of stability..
the thing is, how much you use..?  call/ sms ?

I would suggest VPI 50 ,

user posted image

as you can see , free 250MB data, free 100SMS , free 100 minutes of calls  ,

kae7, if I subscribe to VPI50 and my usage did not exceed 100SMS and 100 free minutes, do I only pay RM50 nett or is there any additional charges on top of this RM50?

I've been using digi prepaid and planning to get basic plan with data usage.
I will mostly use watsapp only. 250MB per month should be sufficient right?

Thanks.

I have another worry. Had read abt super high charges for overusage of data.
How can I avoid such occurence? Am a bit worry as VPI 50 has 250MB limits only. .
Is this 250MB capped? as in ..will I b notified if my usage is up to 250MB??

Thanks for advice notworthy.gif

hi I'm looking for a telco for a prepaid plan.

i use mainly for whatsapp, vibe, wechat etc..

hardly use sms or calling.

whats the best telco for my kind of usage ?

depends on ur usage on data.
New #Hotlink plan got free internet .
It may be slower speed but if just whatsapp, wechat should be sufficient.

Any

Prepaid plan - Mobile internet that is not capped at 384kbps
                  - Not so expensive mobile rate ( unlike digi with 36cents/min )
                  - Good coverage
I've been using DiGi for 1 year and recently i've bought 1GB RM30 mobile internet... the price is great but sadly the coverage and speed is not.

I get random disconnects and the speed is horrible ( 384kbps )

Hotlink latest plan with RM 30 for 1GB data also.
Maxis coverage shld b better with the same price u pay for the data.

Between Surfmore 50 and Hotlink Mobile Internet Passes, which should I go for?
Surfmore is 50 per month for 2gb
Hotlink is 30 for 1gb

I need Internet connection more than talk time

what do u usually use the data for?
streaming video?
1GB is enuf if you are just fb, whatsapp n checking emails
if u wanna stream youtube often, then go higher data la.
anyway, new #hotlink comes with free data.. even if you have exhaust the 1GB, u still can whatsapp .. just slower only.
Just my 2cents
