Guys and girls, I'm really curious. Just now i went through the thread.. i saw someone posted that they bought a SGS2 from Maxis.

Then i went to Maxis.com.my, their android sets does NOT have SGS2.

o.O" what is happening? Did they go to the shop directly to ask?

which package is better between Celcom Exec 50 & Mobile internet plan RM58?
i'm an average user. Youtube, what's app,FB...etc. which one suits me better. do both apply extra charge once i exceed the quota? 10cents per 10kb? kinda confuse. i'm looking at a below RM90 monthly. Thx.
*
you prefer celcom..?

celcom exec 50 is postpaid plan ,

user posted image

so celcom exec 50 + celcom broadband mAdvance [3GB data] = RM 50 + Rm 58 / per month is RM 108

if you choose celcom broadband[mobile] package... , your speed will just throttled if exceeded the data quota[example, 3GB].. so no charge will be incurred

it all depend on your usage..

do you call + sms around RM 50 ??? and use the data 3GB per month ..? .. if yes.. than.. this package is fine..

is there anyone living in kuala terengganu can give some opinions about digi's internet?
*
gong badak Digi internet is quite fast , donno in other place..
even celcom also fail. doh.gif

QUOTE(figuremeout @ Dec 14 2011, 06:30 PM)
if i choose the mobile package(3G), i can still call n sms right?  hmm.gif
eg: mobile package(3G) + other usage = monthly payment
*
that mobile internet package only applicable if u are celcom postpaid user.. you cannot subscribe the package if u are not celcom postpaid user..

if u want the celcom internet package , go for celcom broadband [but cannot call/sms]

hmm. u stay at gong badak?
*
nope.. but that is where my cousin's live , I always go there...

i was there for last four months before coming back to KL last month..

Digi is fast[acceptable speed] EDGE only.. but somehow sometimes can reach the 3G speeds blink.gif

i want to take the s2 offered by digi at rm48/month with 3gb data but im afraid of the line bcz ive heard lots of complain about digi. sad.gif
*
complains about what..?
stability or speed..?

if speed, Maxis is the best, since in Kuala Terengganu, got 3G line..

if stability, Digi is also stable.. nod.gif

hi all, i would like to ask about iphone package
i would like to choose celcom or digi
what i think is, digi is have to sign 2 year contract, which i dont really like
but for celcom i can choose 1 year contract

another thing is that, most of my friend using digi. @@

last thing, i got digi campus to use for now.

please advice me
*
lol.. you already stated that.. you don't like the long term contract.., so.. go for 1 year contract..

digi campus is prepaid.. which is for me it will be really expensive if you want to use with iPhone [iPhone 4S for example]

it is better to go for postpaid.. when you use iPhone.. you will need internet plan , it is really waste if you not subscribing any internet plan.. because.. your iPhone will be underutilized...

just abandon your prepaid, and go for postpaid instead [i know you really love your prepaid, ]

if you still want to use the Digi Campus prepaid , buy the iPhone from the Apple Store @ RM 2199
http://store.apple.com/my/browse/home/shop...iphone/iphone4s

then.. use your Digi Campus Prepaid + subscribe the weekly mobile internet worth RM 15 per week..[250MB quota]

i believe you use the Digi Beyond prepaid

that plan is still good prepaid plan..

the best for now is Digi Best Prepaid - http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/plan_overview.do

need 2nd number juz for my backup phone...
b4 this using UOX...
*
for hotlink..??

if it is not hotlink youth plan ,

you may go for hotlink 365 plan , pay RM 33 for the plan.. and then.. you need to top up at least RM 30 per month for every first 6 months , then.. if you not top up.. its okay...
the validity period is 1 year, then you need to pay the RM 33 every year to renew your subscription

Bro, I called Hotlink up and they said now they're having the Hotlink 2.0 and those on it won't be able to change plan until God knows when.  cry.gif

p/s: all newly registered numbers and those currently not on any plans will be on the Hotlink 2.0 by default and that sucks.

that is bad for you sweat.gif

hi all,

I have a similar question like Lucassss. I'm working overseas and I usually go back to msia twice a year. What is the best way of using the same number (prepaid) without being terminated?

thanks in advance.
*
what telco that u use..?

maxis hotlink..?

check your hotlink plan...

change it to Hotlink 365 , need to pay RM 33 for changing the plan ,

Dial *100# to change it

but you need to top up RM 30 for every first 6 months

that's maybe hard for you,...

sweat.gif

the best is changing telco sweat.gif

Planning to change telco now. May I know which telco has the best:

1. BIS plans.
2. SMS prices.
3. Voice calls.

Thanks in advance guys. BTW, Hotlink 2.0 plan sucks. Calls to other telco is something like 1 cent/second.  shakehead.gif

you want prepaid ..??

go for Digi smile.gif

What about Umobile bro? I think their BIS plan's quite good.
