They charge as you use la. i.e. for U28 package calls are not free, and once you finish your free SMS they charge you. Internet, they don't charge once you exceed quota, they only slow you down to 64kbps.

If you're talking about which package to choose, pick the one that suits you most. 28 has free texts & 1GB data, 50 has free calls & 2GB data, and the most expensive one, 80, has free calls, texts, and 3GB data.
