which package is better between Celcom Exec 50 & Mobile internet plan RM58? i'm an average user. Youtube,what's app,FB...etc. which one suits me better. do both apply extra charge once i exceed the quota? 10cents per 10kb? kinda confuse. i'm looking at a below RM90 monthly. Thx.
