maxis ka??
yup..maxis is well known for their "hidden" charges..
**not exactly hidden...but most of the time consumer been misslead by agent and they didn't properly read the T&C before signing to any plan/package**

and friendly reminder for those who use VPI(value plus internet) plan..
the free talktime is base on 30 second block charging...
means even when you make a call less than 10 second...
they will still deducted 30 second from your free talktime... rolleyes.gif

the reason why i choose maxis is their VPI50 because it is the lowest commitment fees for call+sms+internet bundle plan available compared to other telco.. blush.gif

p/s:
i hate using a smartphone..
it force me to take a data bundle plan together to avoid any "shocking" billing
espeacially when you're using maxis laugh.gif

QUOTE(divo90 @ Oct 2 2013, 08:31 PM)
From my previous experience , If you want to use post paid better go with Celcom as it more stable than Maxis and dont have to much service interuption . As lately Maxis give me bad experience . Celcom offer high stability and thats why many corporate and high end person prefer Celcom . just give my personal experience view . smile.gif
*Long term usage better go for stability compare to price
*
the reason why corporate/VIP like celcom because
they have special department handling corporate/VIP(with title) for their customer service...
and also celcom is GLC and of course GLC company will SUPPORT another GLC company icon_rolleyes.gif

p/s:
i have experience using both celcom and maxis...
and i like maxis much better in term of their service...( do remember that i'm just an average joe without any title or corporate jobs cry.gif )
but ONE THING FOR SURE is currently celcom has the widest coverage in malaysia... thumbup.gif
