What is the best telco, postpaid or prepaid that offer Unlimited internet with no data cap, no speed throttle, and can be used for anything, pure unlimited power with good network coverage (live in Selangor) that is below 100. I don't give a frag about call and sms. I just want internet.

Ok. What telco that offer unlimited internet other that Umobile and Unifi mobile? Also which one that have the least punishing Fair Policy?
