Hi,

Need recommendations. Im using P28 umobile and the wife is using Hotling prepaid.

We want to change to a postpaid with supplementary line which includes possibly:

1. Internet for high Youtube, streaming (online movies) n music use (spotify). Regular downloads ie documents n stuff
2. Possibly unlimited calls (not a priority)
3. Additional data for social media apps
4. Good connection around Taiping, KL city centre and Kiara area
5. Monthly up to RM150

Any ideas?
*
i and waifu using webe and p48
both really good choice for ur case.
webe as in celcom coverage. so anyplace that got celcom, u're covered
p48 is nice with 5gb data+5gb video on plus unlimited call and unlimited fb including video ( yup. test it with hours of video.. it wont touch ur 5gb data )

Hi guys, My Maxis One plan 24 months contract ending soon, it is a RM158/month + two sublines setup. Means it is RM158+48+48 rclxub.gif & another family member went into Webe.

My situation :

1. 2 Lines would wanna remain in Maxis One plan. So the choice is obvious, I would downgrade and subscribe Maxis One Plan RM98 + One RM48 subline

2. The other person(lets call Ms C) wanna change because she think maxis one plan is expensive. The Webe person(Mr.D) is ok change to combine with Ms C to subscribe under mainline + 1 subline status.

My question is what Telco and what plan is best for these 2 person? Average data usage for Mr.D is around 5GB/month, mainly do a lot of whatapp msging & traditional phone voice call. Ms.C usage is lesser, will only use 2GB per month, voice calling is also lesser.

Budget = Below RM150 per month for 2 people ( if can try to be as low as it can be, since data usage is somewhat light) must have good coverage in Klang valley area.

Hi guys, I'm currently using Celcom's First Gold RM80 (unlimited SMS) on my phone and share hotspot for my desktop.
I need unlimited calls, moderate sms, around 30gb+ of internet for my phone and desktop.
Currently the 10gb weekday & 10gb weekend data is a little insufficient.

Should I get a cheap broadband for my desktop OR get a higher data plan on my phone?

1. a heavy downloader
2. recently installed maxis 30mbps wifi at home
3. currently using digi infinite 150
4. living in a 19th floor of a building, thus, digi line sucks like hell (even though my are is LTE-A supported) due to another block of building blocking the signal (as enlightened by a dg customer service). this is the main reason why i installed the wifi

since i will be doing a lot of downloading at home from now on, i am in search of a much lower mobile plan to MNP to. all i need are

1. around 30mins of talktime? ( i dont really do much calling. normally my calls are max 2 mins hahaha)
2. 20 sms max would do
3. data...hmm.. im thinking of my internet usage outside home, especially when i get back to kelantan during the holidays. if theres a plan that offers 30gb per month with my other requirements (1, and 2), that would be fantabulous
4. hopefully ur suggested plan can get good coverage in my village, bachok kelantan (nearby the seaside).

open for suggestions, and i very much appreciate you guys helping me. if this post is classified as spam, do enlighten me on where to ask this kind of question. thanks all

please make suggestion:

2gb data minimum / month (on average, 200mb a month, mostly using for whatsapp only.. will only use more data when theres power outage)
prefer cheap
on average i make calls no more than 1 hour / month
on average, i send out 5 sms / month
prefer coverage/reliability
postpaid so that i wouldn't too easily lose my number in case i forget to pay ??logic correct?? my number is most important

no umobile

Prepaid
Hotlink- RM50- 5GB allday Internet, 8GB weekend- 100 minutes all network.
Digi Prepaid Internet Plus- RM28- 3GB all day Internet- 300 minutes all network.

Postpaid
Celcom Blue- RM45– 2GB all day, 2GB weekend- 50 minutes all network, 50 minutes celcom.
Digi - RM50- 5GB all day, 5GB weekend- 100 minutes all network, 100 sms.

Since you want postpaid. The best for you would probably be Digi 50.

However if you don't mind prepaid, you could definitely save more with only RM28 per month.

Guys, I've never had a Phone Plan + Postpaid Plan, ie. Postpaid Plan with a Phone.

Samsung S8
Black
64GB
Discount RM1,421 RM1,878
Digi Postpaid 138
24 months
Total
RM2,936.00

does this mean that for RM2,936.00 I will get the phone and the plan for 2 years, no other monthly payment?

Other than add-ons of course.

Thanks.

Hi, i have 2 numbers, one is a Rm38/month Celcom and another is Hotlink prepaid which i rarely use but i just keep the line active. The Hotlink line was initially meant for office calls only but somehow both the numbers got mixed up.

My plan is to cancel the Celcom line and get a postpaid package for the Hotlink line because the number is nice.

What is the best plan i should get for the current Hotlink number? I wouldn't mind if the same RM38 Celcom package is there but it's Rm45 now with different benefits. I rarely finish up the data/calls that are allocated with the current plan.

Thanks.
