Is Goodyear Excellence a good tire? The size is 205/45/16 and it is made in Thailand.

But, havebt got a chance to test in the wet condition yet due no rain fall recently, mostly hot-hot-hot weather.i've thought of hankook but dared not gamble the korean brand and as for falken 912, i don;t really like the tread/groove.
