Thaks for the recommendation michael9413, just got myself a Michelin PP2 195/55/R15. Yes downgrade from 17" to 15"

because tyre for 17" is way too expensive, mostly quote me RM350 - 450. Survey few shop and end up settle down at Teck Ming (Sunway) because they offer me best trade in price compare to other shop which is ridiculously low for a 17" Rim+Tyre(Potenza G3). Got a free alignment + tyre valve
Well PP2 do have all the grip when doing sharp cornering, superb and loving it

tried it on Kesas Highway and the corner that leads to Puchong. Just test for a while only coz new tyre Sayang la hehe... Have not test it on wet condition as KL has been cloudy these days, cant wait for the rain to fall I guess my PP2 is craving for wet and slippery condition (ofcoz test carefully la not extreme test) In terms of comfort, sure it's better comparing to my previous 17" setting. The only problem is still don't quite get use with the drastic wheel size change 17" - 15" suddenly the rim looks small and tyre r much thicker yeah 55 compare to 40. The 195/55 series is kind of thick for me, actually i asked for 195/50 but the boss quote me same price, meaning same price 195/55 & 195/50. I thought should be cheaper for 50 series so just choose 55 instead. However switching to 15" do have many advantages too.
my experience from downgrading 17" - 15":
1. More comfort
2. Better fuel consumption
3. Engine perform better (when using 17" my 1500cc engine struggle, it's like towing a truck

)
4. The cost of 15" tyre is more reasonable, that way you can enjoy all the high performance tyre.
Looking forward to try:
1. Goodyear Eagle F1
2. Hankook V12
3. Yokohama Advan Neova Ad07/08
4. Bridgestone RE001
Previously Bridgestone Potenza G3 serve me well enough in terms of performance, definately not comfort la can't expect too much comfort for 17". I had an experience saw same car infront of me (Wira SE) run across a pool of water during heavy rain then lose control and bang on the side divider of the highway before back to the main road again, I was so panic that time because there's no time for me to brake but to trust my Potenza tyre, and guess what it cuts through water smoothly, bit shaky la but overall it handle the pool of water nicely.
For now its Michelin Pilot Proceeda 2 to shine.
