Hi anyone here ever had any experience with Westlake Tires before?
They'er pretty affordable compared to other more established brands...anyone here got any comments?

Oh, and can anyone recommend some good shops for rims in Penang? Preferably with a wide variety of designs and brands...and most importantly....reasonably priced!
