just bought AD07 185/60/14. rm195 each in sunway. yr of made '08

yes it is outdated by name, but it seriously live up to its extreme performance category. freaking good. can match with some semi too. i wun mind to keep stock if got more, especially 195/50/15

AD08 just started sellin in japan, rm500 each for 195/50/15. (excl tax & freight). if you wanna keep to the trend, then go ahead and order.

seems like Hankook V12 195/50/15 selling like hot cakes in Klang. went last wkend to search for it, and only managed to get a set of 4, after visiting a few shops. Jooi Seng, with Hankook as the main signboard, sold out. gotta order and this week only re-stock.

if you got the time, of coz Klang is the better choice compare to Puchong. unless if you able to find a shop that only different by rm5 each tyre, then tat time no need to travel to Klang already. but in most cases, the savings u made in getting 4 tires in Klang is worth the fuel & toll spent. juz research around for the best price of your tyre preference.

not reasonable. 2 months back i got a pair of similar size & model from Jooi Seng in Klang for rm185 each. late '09 production.

red-queen > i used federal 595 rsr before. 195/50/15 at rm310 each. some can get cheaper, depends on luck. the grip was awesome, unbelievable good. at threadwear of 140, it is not recommended for daily driven. for drifters, good for front grip. for sepang kaki, good for all round grip. it's as good as AD07, if not better.

How much is Yokohama Parada nowadays?
Only 195/50/R15 available rite?
*
got my pair of parada early last year for rm170, and it suxx.
then i bought hankook v12, and put it in front, throw the parada to rear.
parada thread design is intimidating, but nothing more that.
hankook v12 is way better in all terms when compare to parada.

Hi everyone,
RM170 for Goodyear Duraplus 165/55R14
Is this price ok ah? smile.gif

This is kenari size right? i am looking for it too. asked a shop in ipoh, Wing Cheong, quoted rm138 for silverstone powerblitz 1800. wouldn't want to get this as i find it very hard and bad grip. now surveying for other options.

Silverstone is considered lower range brand. If u want good tyres but at a reasonable price, then go for Michelin XM2. Not sure if got your size but you can check it out. Ull get better road holding, braking efficiency and the tyres last quite long. I used XM1 since 2009 and till now the tyre is still usable with more than enough thread depth. XM2 is supposed to be better.

yeap, i would like to get XM2 if there is size. a quick check in michelin website shows there is no 165/55/14. not much choices for kenari size though..sad.gif
i am also a strong supporter of michelin (& hankook), using PS3 on my primary car now.
