which spec tire that are suitable as i want to change the rims to 17". i.e, offset and stuff? that can avoid bumpy road

currently my persona is on the original tyre, NCT5

My concern is the next time i change my tyres after it worn i would go for thinner tyres like 205/45/R17 or 215/45/R17

any help?
