Does RM168 include balancing?

I am using Falken ZE912, 195/60-15
Mileage is about 32000km.

The tire is worned out and I have to change it. But the wear is too heavy.
What is the warranty on the tire?
I have checked out the Falken website, the warranty is very good;
"A genuine touring tire with confidence, through a 65,000 limited mileage warranty on 60/65 series and 40,000 limited mileage warranty on 55 series and under. This results in a tire that performs regardless of the condition of the road each and every season."

65000 miles is 104000km!!!
I have lost 70000km worth of rubber.
Where do we make a quality claim for these tires?

Last time for uneven wear, I made a claim at Goodyear. They changed my tires. I just paid for what I used, prorated.
But NCT5 is too noisy. That's why I switch to the Falkens.

No complains about the handling and noise.
Very good tyre.

As mentioned in an earlier thread, my tyre has covered 37000km.... it's all worn out!

Do not buy the Falken ZIEX 912.... it does not last.

Went to a tire shop here earlier, he had a customer asking about Falken 912, the tire man said.... "banyak bagus.... tahan lama.... sangat senyap".... I KPC and told him.... look at my tire.... senyap... YES.... tahan lama.... NO!
