For me to choose, I will not choose the field that I DO NOT like regardless of how bright the future is. But I see that you did that mistake.
IMHO, biomedical science can bring lucrative future as well, but not in Malaysia at the moment.
How about doing medicine, if you like Bio and wants a course that secure wonderful future, unless you hate bloods or hate stress very much.

Physics is the hardest one can do when you hate it. Even I like it very much, I don't find it easy. LOL, think wise my friend.
You are still young enough to afford a mistake!
