During the Sengoku period, there are many factions constantly at war. One of these is led by a one-eyed man named Date Masamune and another by the imposing Takeda Shingen. The latter has a fiercely loyal subordinate named Sanada Yukimura who goes head to head against Date Masamune multiple times, but the battles between them tend to get interrupted. One such battle occurs when both men try to go after another leader named Imagawa, and they’re forced to break off their heated duel when Imagawa attempts to flee the scene with his body doubles. Yukimura and Masamune go after separate Imagawas, but all of the doubles are killed by a third party, and when their paths cross again, they are in front of the menacing Oda Nobunaga and his army. It was Nobunaga’s subordinates that killed those body doubles, and Nobunaga himself proceeds to kill the real Imagawa with a shotgun blast to the head.

this show is awesome, the male characters are too garr and manly!!...

i love the game so much as the anime. My favourite character was Masamune Date.

I never played the game, but this series feel like superhero animu ... in Sengoku period. Too much pewpews i guess.

lol i loved the game very much, didnt expect it to have anime.

in the game the most lol one that i have unlocked is nou-hime, weapon - twin pistol, can go in first person shooting mode, can charge and pull out a minigun and start spraying...

As far as common sense this show has none, but the references to the real hero like Date Masamune is actually quite true. The real Date Masamune was often linked to Christianity and one of his son actually was a Christian, YOU SEE

Also having a Gundam in episode 5 is not really a surprise considering you have a horse that can runs up vertically

Dont forget Date's motorcycle horse. D:

Tadakatsu Honda is the most tough opponent in the game. I use Takeda Shingen to defeat him in hard mode. While the rest can't make it.

Oh.. if you see back the history Masamune actuallly is a Christian believer and during that time, Christian is not allowed in Japan but he is one of the general who is a christian but behind the scene of course. And if you see back history, Tokugawa Ieyesu is the one who will unite whole Japan but in this anime, he is so short and without Gundam, he can't fight . ROFL

I wish they'd introduce Zabii faster. One of the funniest characters XD
