Lampard wins a lot of tackles today.. and 2 great assists. Really can see the desire to win the ball in the team.

Yeah, I know! He was like keeping the ball close to his chest  laugh.gif

edit: almost like a frog in fact

Hmm.. Can a player do this, like terry's frog style and dribble all the way to opponent goal? If other players come tackle, sure foul rclxm9.gif

oh no.. i have never really seen messi play on tv in a match before but already afraid of him. Dun think he played against chelsea before.

Where is wayne bridge when you need him.

I would opt for essien.

Glad that our signings this season have been of better use - ivanovic, bosingwa and malouda.

Deco is underutilised after a great start

Really hope they don't score first.. If not it will be very demoralising because we need to score 2 and they would be quite comfortable then.

FFFAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!

I am totally gutted. How many times must controversial ref decisions cause us the champions league?!!!

Liverpool - goal line decision
Drogba red card - manu
Drogba red card - forgot what team in the first leg
Barca - anelka 100% penalty plus other 50-50 penalties

It is always so close yet so far.. Last night, chelsea had done everything right..the most painful game ever...farghh

hmm..maybe is bald referee syndrome. Most of the time bald referees cause us the game whistling.gif

haih...cant stop thinking about iniesta goal and handball decisions.

Even if the handball by eto and pique didn't give penalty, but those 2 are great opportunities to score. If ball didnt hit eto hand, it is goal bound and the shot was quite power...potential goal.

If ball didn't hit pique's hand, anelka would be one on one with barca keeper with pique already off balanced.

Just because they use hands, not only chelsea didn't get 2 penalties, they lost 2 great goal scoring opportunities.

Also sorry for essien. He should be in the newspapers now but not anymore because of the iniesta goal.

Lamaprd and Terry deserve more than this for their efforts and commitment in chelsea.

Hmm...anelka seems to tone down alot. Last time when he join chelsea he use to have this image as troublemaker.

But yesterday playing against arsenal he seems like a very nice guy...hardworking, smiling, don't complain much.

Aiyo don't sell drogba. He is not only a good player, he has got entertainment value. Very animated. Still remember the time he celebrated his goal in front of benitez when he criticised drogba in the press...hehe felt really good.

Anelka & Drogba have just formed a lethal partnership under Guus. What a shame to break them up at their prime.

However, they are quite old and Chelsea need a good young striker. Actually i thought Salomon Kalou did quite ok this season. Whenever he come on as sub he is quite dangerous.

wow zhirkov seems like really can dribble according to the videos. But dunno how he will handle the rough handling of players in the english league.

What a fitting end...

Lampard scores his 20th goal (What would happen if we lost him to milan b4 start of the season?)

Hiddink gets a trophy as send off present

Daniel Sturridge looks like carlton cole. Is he really that good can play in our first team at just 19 yrs old?

I see the news link that Carlo has convinced RA to offer Drogba another 3 year deal??! That's great news.

Now we have lots of spare strikers. What are we going to do with them - kalou, di santo, sahar, sheva (still with us?)

Chelsea is lucky because Lampard is a machine and seldom injured in BPL.

We got no one in our team who really have the vision to start the attack in our team like his level.

Do u notice that most of the time the chelsea players will pass around until lampard receive the ball and expect him to make that magic, offensive pass.
