Some people is really too much. Now want to discuss the rate because no money? You are student then so what? Keep the money for your tuition fee why wasting money on this unwanted thing which I believe cannot help you for your study?
This thing also want to ask for tongkat. Malaysian is hopeless.

I don't know what to say about above discussion..... giving free service also got arguments....

interbank rate +1% is consider low already no matter consider a commission or not considering this is for international purchase.

Even if use credit card in some shop in Malaysia will be charge 2 - 3%, which really high for local purchase.

The 1% is interbank rate risk factor, the rate you got it now may change suddenly while I make payment. I am not bound to cover this charges, is not my duty subsidizing people purchase. 1% is too low others at least must have +5%
