Hey I'm new to this site and I'm looking at buying a new laptop. I already own a Vaio and love it, its served me well over the last 3 years but I think its time I got a new one. Its been really resilient and reliable and I want to buy a new one.
I'm not sure which model i should get though because there are so many haha.
Obviously I'm looking for a laptop that can fulfill all my needs, such as those listed below:

-I'm about to go off to university so ill need it to be fairly light and not too bulky because I don't want to have to carry a brick around with all day to classes.
-I'm also into gaming, not serious hardcore gaming but I do play on a fairly regular basis, such as Empire Total war, which needs quite a decent PC. Therefore i would need a laptop that can handle these games and provide en enjoyable smooth experience.
-Additionally i travel on a regular basis so therefore I also require a fairly long lasting battery, maybe 4 -5 hours.
-Hd space isn't that important however i want a decent graphics card and processor (2.40ghz+)
-Lastly, and least importantly, I want it to look stylish (shouldn't be hard nearly all vaios are tongue.gif).

I've looked at many models but i can't determine which seems to be the one most suited to my needs. I hope that somebody can help me smile.gif.
Thanks a lot.

Vaio CS will be good but it's quite heavy

Vaio TT will suit your "go light" and superior energy saving needs, but it doesn't comes with a graphic card so playing games are limited.

The only current Vaio that should be able to satisfy all your needs is the Z. Weight is somewhere between CS and TT, has a very powerful processor, tons of ram and tons of HDD and most important, there's a speed/stamina switch. Be prepared to fork out at least 8k though.

or you could go with the high end SR if you're fine with ATi graphics.
