3. Up to 640GB Hard Disk Drive (5400rpm)
4. Max resolution up to 1600x900  (highest setting)

As for the price, its depend on which specification of the CW itself. The one with Intel Core i3 and NVIDIA® GeForce® 310M graphics card and 256MB of dedicated video RAM price at USD800.00. My assumption is it wont varies much with the current price. I cant confirm on this.

Q2/Q3 is for new release along with this update.

Dont need to wait so long till Q2 for the new Vaio CW series.

The Cw is a relatively new product, so expect only minor changes such as the Core2Duo to i3 (CW25) and i5 (CW26)

How about the NW 25 GF? Should we expect an update soon?

Was told the CW will revert to it's usual price of 4499 when it's updated.

The one quoting you RM4,499 obviously wanna frighten you so that he could clear his inventory as fast as possible.
It is safer to assume that the current price for CW16 will continue till while stock last.

The next Vaio P is still using Atom Z, but not the Z550. Its using the Z540 (1.86Ghz).

You have every reason not to believe it since its only rumors and I didn't put any links for it. I don't mind at all.

The rumor shall be real only on the launch day of Vaio CW 2x. Lets be patient and look out for the outcome of it.

If you're thinking of buying a CW, my tip to you is, wait for the week before CNY.

What's the purpose of the laptop if you purchase it?
In my opinion, the CW26 is quite a great buy because the Turboboost technology is something relatively "new" in the market. You're basically paying the same price (CW16) for something "new" in the market. Furthermore, you'll get a higher resolution screen with the CW26 and watching movies (especially BRRip) is so much nicer now. In addition to that, you'll get 500GB of HDD space for your usage.

However, the i3 is also at least a little bit better than the current processor in CW16, thanks to the hyperthreading technology. A good machine for every basic computer needs.
