leveling fastest? gold rush give the most exp/money in all the mp games(30k+ exp/money), however it is also the longest match in game(almost 1 hour at time,sometime more)
to me the fastest would be matchmaking objective, why u ask? bcoz unlike deathmatch, this mode have no kill limit. so u can keep killing them even till 100kills. so this is the fastest to level up since this give more exp/money to time ratio(1 match only last 20min), however u need a good team.
once b4 i got like nearly 20k in exp/money in 20min, since my team was just raping the opposition team. that how i got to lvl 35 b4...

yes ronald... it very fun... even though i havent play the sp much, only at chapter 2.
alot of ppl say the 1st 10min into the game, is jaw dropping. but for me there is no "uuuu aahhh" moment
maybe bcoz i'm more to online/multiplaying than the story, but that's just me...
