What is your concern?
Lights coming from on coming traffic?
if feng shui is the issue...should look at direction of door to unit as u leave the apt..not the balcony

The T-junction is there, and it'll be almost impossible to be removed. Same goes with that apartment.

Is there anything that put you off regarding having a T-junction there?

if your unit is located on a high floor, i tink its a non issue at all. even though if its on a low floor, dun tink car lights will be able to reach your unit! tongue.gif

unless its a ground or 1st floor unit...dun tink i would feel comfy then coz its akin to buying a landed property which faces a t-junction.

Since it is apartment, look at the units below and above. How are the tenant, are they in good health? Financially "seems" ok?

If majority of the units are in bad shape, then there could be problem with yours (feng shui point of view). If they are not, then you shouldn't be worry.

ok..my point of it is not about Lights coming from on coming traffic..i more concern on Feng shui...Balcony is a place when we reach home to relax/see see the sky view or cityview, but once i see out i see the T-junction already...
Chinese say everyday face T-junction mean when u work/fun also a decision maker...or those their Life are hard 1 then can tahan..

Let say in future when i sell away, will i face same problem to buyer no matter malay, indian or chinese??
