I am one of the victim as well near by Bukit Bintang, I have make a report to tribunal report. The company I got scam were in Taman Danau Desa, I did send the form 1 to Kuchai Lama since the girl in tribunal told me as long as I can get the compnay chop. Will them say they din't received my form 1?

I send to them by hand, and 1 girl chop and sign on the Form. Just because I got cheated in Taman Danau Desa, but I send the form to Kuchai Lama, so I dont know it work or not.

Now i wonder, i dont have receipt with me, the judge will believe me i paid them rm 1500? one more thing, i remember i sign 2 receipt, one write i paid rm 1100 and another is blank one, now really worry! am i need to tell the judge i have open the mattress? And actually i got cheat in tmn desa but get the chop sign in kuchai, if i win the case, where should i collect the oney?

I pay them by cash and without receipt, but I have the product. Now i wonder that the I cant prove that I have paid them RM 1500, and hard to get back the money. My court hearing is coming next week, now really stress. What can i do in my court hearing?
