I just came back to kajang and I found this. I've been cheated nearly 1k by 'em saturday 1.00pm .Their so called "card" doesn't really opened by myself.But two girls keep persuading me. =="she open up the card and show me wat I've got> IT'S GREY...I did asked them if I reconsider to retrieve the "special gift" la..SHe said won't take long, u might stand a chance to win a car.... blah blah blah...

I'm a first time comer in bukit jalil. not familiar in that place oso. >.< then they pushed me to grab a taxi and go to their "office" near OUG. I tot OUG plaza, but when I reach here...I only found a lousy office. really strange! afterall, I think the same things going on like urs. but they ask for RM1XXX from me as procedure fees and gov tax to review the special gift.

at first, I was thinking if I really get the none usable gift, wat should I do. then the girl tell me, if u dun want, u can resell...n told me she can help me on tat. then she start calculating..... and I've been trapped. ya..It's a jade mattress at the end. I say I dun nid it. I want to sell it.

I can remember Prosperous & Treez marketing, but since I dint pay full and I just get a d*mn receipt. Like I'm buying a Jade mattress from them and still owing them >.< I started to argue for the proof and documents.. then that b*tch started to show me a unfriendly face. then she quickly send me out of the office. but she leave me her handphone number on the receipt. I remember her.. a bit fat, named "XXXnXe", and hv a middle name "XXX" on her IC, and born 8x1xxx same as mine.

I'm a Poor Student. Pls Tell me wat to do. I'm not dare to tell my parents. u Can PM me. thanks

means simply report to any police station? really unexpected la.. huhu(sigh)...

wat's ttpn?

I found these procedures and I called the [CCT,DT&CAM] they advise me to do so.

1. Go to the Consumer Claims Tribunal, Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs Ministry, 16th Floor, Plaza Place, The Mall, Kuala Lumpur.

2. Make sure you have all documents ready.

3. You will be required to fill in four copies of Form 1.

4. In these forms, you can claim the total you have paid for the scam, plus a maximum of RM200 for miscellaneous claims.

4. After paying RM5 for the processing fee, you will be given Form 2. The officer will advise you to post a copy of the document to the defendant through registered mail. You will also be given a court hearing date on the same day.

5. Proceed to your bank (if you used a credit card), fill in a dispute form and inform the bank about your situation.

6. Attend the court hearing.

I'm going to report today. wish me luck.

hi all, I'd gone thru with my police report and found the registered company &quot;prosperous & treez marketing" from SSM. I filled in all the details and submitted to TTPN. The defender copy is still with me now. I'm confused, where should I send in? coz SSM info shows a JB address, but the place that I got scammed is a shop house unit near OUG plaza, old klang road. somewhere exactly d same in the post here pls check> http://www.pjnet.com.my/ftopicp-217492.html ... So, where should I send in? I know jiaxun is getting MCA help with some other victims for a press conference today, he did asked me to join, but I can't make it today. so I really need some advise here. somebody...pls~

and I found the info from SSM got some contradiction too. it's JB address but with a 03-7XXXXXX7 a kl number. it's so suspicious. i totally confused. oh god..what should I do now???? T.T

hi thr, mine happened on 2nd oct @bukit jalil LRT & being brought to their office near OUG (above) eclipse internet cafe ALONE.
I sent out my borang1 via Akuan Terima ady.

I got my police report, scammed nearly 1k. I'm still a student.
next week will be my hearing.
