i got cheated $4600 last month @ Taman Danua Desa >< I was giving misleading info @ the 1st place by this young man named Teo I needed to pay for the winning prizes %$^&*#@! I posted them the document but it was posted back to me so president told me to deliver in person..... i'm worried cos i'm not sure if that is the correct company name since i just copied down from the business card(it has only the person's name, h/p no of NEW WORLD ENTERPRISE) they gave me =( attended the tribunal court twice but unfortunately didnt receive the acknowledgement card so gonna go again......

hm, that's scam la my friend. Anything employing the inappropriate ways ie giving people misleading info in order 2 get $$ is scam la. That's against the law, right? if so, then why the $%#& government or the corresponding department not do anything???? They are not doing anything, does it mean this's in fact LEGAL???????????????????? ><

have u lodged a police report(useless but necessary) and complaint to tribunal? or u may like to try MCA.
Emailed MCA but no reply as expected. Guess have to go there in person.
i'm waiting for my next tribunal hearing ><

by the way, how do i know if u r in fact not a member of the scammers?

my point is that it is actually LEGAL to give misleading information at the first place in order to lure their prey to believe they indeed need to pay for what they first tell u prizes la?

if i ever c them again, i would approach them and tear off the %$#%@ lucky coupon.
that way they would not get the $1 the so-called commision and i could as well @ least save one possible victim!
and tell them punishment is awaiting them............ one day!
by the way, y the pedestrians/passersby not given a hand when they c someone falls into the trap >.<

friend, u need 2 1st lodge a police report(useless but necessary) and compaint to tribunal/MCA/NCCC..... but according to many of the previous posts, many people who got scammed only lodged police report and later went to tribunal to file in their case. however, u may also try NCCC/MCA. whether or not u could get your $$ back is gonna depend on the tribunal president and as well as how much information on hand u have about the scam so u must do your homework beforehand. good luck 2 u as well.

hi there. can i pls ask how do win the case? so all the products from them have got no SIRIM sticker? i noticed people actually found out those are substandard products. ie the stupid jade mattress which they claimed to be worth thousands but in fact it was a mere $300 etc....where did u guys get such info from? your help is greatl appreciated.

useless authorities despite so many scams already and still not enough evidence to charge them? isnt it suspicious?????? r those @#$%&^% scammers under the protection of the authorities?? or the authorities got bribes? i really dont understand.......

buddy, dont expect them selling it for u la. they dont care anything soon after they take your hard-earned $$. just follow the footsteps of what others have done..... read the posts..... bring along as many friends as possible when u go to submit the Borang 1(forms that provided to u after reporting to tribunal) cos they are barbarians...your friends could be your witness if needed...... however, they may not let u in cos they have surveillence system installed outside their entrance door....so take pix or record down when u go there as a solid evidence..... but if u try taking photo inside their ugly company, then beware that they will throw your camera away......... WIDE-NET enterprise? i doubt it..... have u checked if this company really exists? they probably just hang whatever on the wall as their company name to fool their victims..... i guess their so called company name is changeable everytime...... they printed their company name on a translucent glass and hang on the wall, i guess that way it is not readable........... dont post your Borang 1 to registered post cos they never bother..... good luck to u! let us see how they all will be punished real real hard when the time comes!!

by the way, where did people find out the info about their substandard products? SIRIM point is only applicable to those who got the products not those who paid but didnt take any. so that will be helpful for the victims in fighting back their $$.......... i tried searching the scammers' office from here http://www.kpdnkk.gov.my/ajl/jos_ajllist.p...29&psearchtype= but i can't find it!

the future of this women and men will end very soon for sure...............thats good @ least u have a witnesss.....i went there all by myself! friends all busy and couldnt go for some reason..... really helpless.. "just take it as a lesson, do u think it's worth the effort doing all this? can u guarantee u'll sure get your $$ back?" i only know there'll definitely be zero chances if i dont even try.........been handling this all alone.........
