hi there. can i pls ask how do win the case? so all the products from them have got no SIRIM sticker? i noticed people actually found out those are substandard products. ie the stupid jade mattress which they claimed to be worth thousands but in fact it was a mere $300 etc....where did u guys get such info from?  your help is greatl appreciated.

buddy, dont expect them selling it for u la. they dont care anything soon after they take your hard-earned $$. just follow the footsteps of what others have done..... read the posts..... bring along as many friends as possible when u go to submit the Borang 1(forms that provided to u after reporting to tribunal) cos they are barbarians...your friends could be your witness if needed...... however, they may not let u in cos they have surveillence system installed outside their entrance door....so take pix or record down when u go there as a solid evidence..... but if u try taking photo inside their ugly company, then beware that they will throw your camera away......... WIDE-NET enterprise? i doubt it..... have u checked if this company really exists? they probably just hang whatever on the wall as their company name to fool their victims..... i guess their so called company name is changeable everytime...... they printed their company name on a translucent glass and hang on the wall, i guess that way it is not readable........... dont post your Borang 1 to registered post cos they never bother..... good luck to u! let us see how they all will be punished real real hard when the time comes!!

Hey there i got scammed by the same person as u!!! Its jack and another girl chinise name 'en ci'. I even got the old lady's number 016-7028409. They did the EXACT same thing to me, n mine happen just a week before yours.

FYI, i've tried to go bukit aman police station and they say they are not in charge of case reporting, coz they do not have the system there. They were mainly doing administrative thingy only. So they will ask you to go to the police station nearby, you can go whichever police station nearby but once you tell them your case they will sure know its the 'scratch n win scam'. Then they will transfer your case to Brickfield branch and tell you the inspector name who in charge of your case and suggest you to go report to ttpm.

I've reported to ttpm and waiting for my hearing. when I pass them the form 1, they even denied that the company belongs to dem so i'm not sure winning the case now will still be useful. I hope ttpm can really help. Do you have any better way to solve this? Please do let me know!!! I really want to get back my full refund.

Yes wide-net but i went to ssm check this company does not exist. i even file a complain to ssm saying that they are operating with fake company name and registration number. Still waiting for ssm to get back to me but dont think they can help to get back my money anyway.
