see some of these guys in Damansara Utama. They were waiting outside the Public Bank ATM machines. That's just a block away from the Damansara Utama police station.

Maybe you should report to the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry. And also the police. |

I thought the government banned all these. Yet they are still operating.
