Kai here, got cheated MYR5000 at Seri Petaling (Tropi Jaya MArketing) but I just noticed that they have shifted their company to somewhere else...

I couldn't send through my court document to them successfully and my TTPM hearing will be on 30/05/2011 in Penang.

Can anyone advise what to do next? I heard we can't even make sure the money to be fully returned though wining the case?
