third time: go to tingkat 26, and make another report over there... they will send people to check the company and then ask the company attend court...

my case: few days after i make report at tingkat 26, they call me and discuss with me to take back th emoney, but not the full amount...

guys... when you send the form or anything, pls send it face to face... dont through mail because they may claim that they din receive anything from the posman... so better find few people to accompany you to the company...

at the court, try to point out the bad quality of the products and illegal products and safety of the products...

last time i get the award, give them face to face, but they refuse to pay me back also after 14 days... i go and make report again at tingkat 26, then they only called me and ask me to settle outside the court... due to the time limit, i dont have much time to wait for the court lo.. so i accept 3700 instead of 4k....

police cant do anything because it's not under their right to catch them.. that's what i heard from one of my brother in law's fren who is a police... that's why the police also cant do anything.. that time when i went and made a police report, the police there just smile at me and ask me whether i have read newspaper or not...

you guys... really need to be patience in this case and process...

about the address go to kuchai lama... you can take ktm to mid valey and take a taxi and told him that you want to go to kuchai lama... taxi fee is around rm6... then you can saw hong leong back there... along the hong leong bank building, there's 7-11 shop... beside the 7-11 shop, you go into the small lorong and when you go there you can see a signboard of their company name.. then get into the lif and tekan '2'... then the company is at your left...

when you go there, please don't go there alone.... bring along some friends with you...

before i enter court, i get ready with all the resit and the one that i online check the company name whether their license is up to date or not..... you can view the previous post... others got post the website on it... you can go and have a check on it... the point that you can voice out is the quality of the products and the SIRIM things lo... coz every product should have the SIRIM cop... you can open your mattress and see whether they have that kind of legal things on it...

within 14 days, they suppose will pay you back lar... if they din pay you back, go to tingkat 26 and make report again lo....

some times we do make mistakes... but now what you can do is go to make a report at nearby police station, then go to tribunal pengguna at pwtc there make a report too...

tingkat 26? i dont think is tingkat 26.. because tingkat 26 is for those who din get the award after they win the court.... i think ttpm is at tingkat 13...
