hello guys, i've been looking for a lifting belt quite some time. When i checked Fitness Concept in Subang parade, they seemed to have the Maxx 4" belt only. If i'm not mistaken, Maxx does have 6".
I checked fitness concept in pyramid today and they seemed to have 4" too. If i can't get Maxx, my next option is Weider but i have not checked their models. Harbinger is priced at Rm174 which i think is a bit high. My question here is, does 4" and 6" make a lot of difference? My perception is a larger width will have more support on the back.
